Canadian designer Martha Sturdy has combined geometric contours using bold, primary colors to produce a group of furnishings made entirely from resin.
The collection contains a series of stools, wall decorations, and a table and stackable shelves. Every one of these designs are created from basic shapes like cylinders, cubes, squares and circles. The colors are restricted to primary shades of crimson, yellow and blue, as well as black and white. The colored resin is made with varying quantities of saturation, using an opaque finish for its yellow and crimson items, and a translucent finish to your blue.
The designer wanted to show that having bold colors, you may not need anything complicated, simply clean and certain forms. Each item from the group may be utilized separately or combined as foundations for an even more intricate arrangement.
