This contemporary apartment in São Paulo, Brazil, was completely rethought and remodeled with FC studio for just two young brothers. The house became a fresh take on a contemporary masculine though perhaps not too much apartment, let’s take a better look in it.
The most important space comprises a living room, television room, living area, kitchen, laundryroom, balcony and off ice, which helped create it feel more functional and spacious. Hybrid Vehicle and mobile furniture such as seats and tables invite the use of this flexible area, and the space opens into the unique potential scenarios where work, cooking, eating, washing clothes, etc. happen in a liquid manner. Sliding doors may split up the outdoor and indoor spaces creating some solitude.
I adore the interesting combination of colors used for decoration: black, black, black, a great deal of graphite grey, making the bold greens stand out. The kitchen done in green is visually separated from the rest of the space, and also a tiny desk plus a musical instrument from the corner a part of decoration though such zones usually are separated too — everything is rather fluid and it’s perfectly integrated into decor.
There are two suites that provide privacy to both brothers, one of them is done with a white artificial brickwall and also adventuresome artworks. The bath pictured here is clad with dark tiles and white grout to make it stand out , and black furniture highlights that it has a decorative space. Enjoy all the pics of this cool modern residence for just two guys!
